Repeating Biometry
Royal college published guidelines in 2010 suggested this should be done for:
- Axial length < 21.2mm or > 26.6mm
- Mean keratometry < 41D or > 47D
- Delta K (corneal astigmatism) >2.5D
- Difference in axial length betwen fellow eyes › 0.7mm
- Difference in mean keratometry between fellow eyes › 0.9D
